4. Customer Responsibilities & Review Policy

Customers agree to provide accurate business details and authorized access for profile optimization. In accordance with Google policies and applicable consumer protection regulations, customers agree not to conduct review gating, offer incentives for reviews, or post fraudulent customer feedback.

5. Limitation of Liability

Services Hub PRO is not liable for changes to third-party algorithms, account suspensions resulting from client-provided inaccuracies, or indirect damages arising from service usage.
